About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at AMRIN K ENTERPRISES LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare high-quality baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes, according to recipes and customer orders.
  • Train and supervise staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods, including display and presentation.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Schedule staff and manage workflow to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Work Environment

The Bakery Specialist will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with regular exposure to flour, sugar, and other baking ingredients. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality control.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule

The Bakery Specialist will work a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to meet customer demand and business needs.
