About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at LA MAISON DU KOUIGN-AMANN. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Special Orders: Prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays.
  • Production Scheduling: Draw up production schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Maintenance and Organization: Organize and maintain inventory, and operate machinery as needed.
Work Environment

As a Bakery Specialist at LA MAISON DU KOUIGN-AMANN, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Skills: Ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail, manual dexterity, and physical stamina.
