Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Director, Canada Territory will lead our sales team in the Canadian market, driving growth and success for our HydraFacial equipment and consumables business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to introduce HydraFacial to physician practices, medical spas, and high-end resorts and spas.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales and utilization of HydraFacial consumables and capital equipment.
  3. Hire, train, and develop qualified territory managers to drive sales metrics and align with company goals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new sales strategies, collateral, and field resources.
  5. Provide training and insights to managers on how to increase sales, consumables, and account management.
  6. Partner with physician and spa owners to improve their top and bottom lines.
  7. Submit capital forecasting weekly.

Requirements:

We're looking for a seasoned sales leader with:

  1. 8-10 years of experience in capital sales and account management.
  2. Demonstrated sales leadership success, with a track record of President's Club winners and regional performance.
  3. Specific examples of success helping teams close deals and become better sales professionals.
  4. An incredible passion for helping customers build their businesses.
  5. Experience selling into aesthetics, dermatology/plastic surgeons, high-end resorts, and spas.
  6. Experience selling capital equipment to physician offices and med spas.

Preferred Qualifications:

Aesthetics license preferred.
