Job Overview

Rainbow Kitchen Craft Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and establishing work priorities to ensure efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Establish work priorities to ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation
  • Train staff on new procedures and technologies
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
  • Efficient interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Adaptability to changing situations and priorities
  • Permanent Work Term: 32 to 40 hours per week
  • Work Language: English
Estimated Salary

We offer an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. This figure is subject to change and may be adjusted based on individual performance and experience.
