Job Title: Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join our team at Bracebridge Pharmacy. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for managing pharmacy operations, providing exceptional patient care, and working collaboratively with our healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Practice professional and clinical functions as they relate to patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure best possible outcomes.
  • Provide positive interactions with all patients, physicians, and potential customers.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including filing prescriptions, dispensing, compounding, checking blister packs, inventory management, medication delivery, and invoicing.
  • Delegate and give direction to all pharmacy staff, with accountability for the operational and financial success of the pharmacy.
  • Ensure compliance with all provincial and federal regulations and laws, practicing in accordance with the pharmacy Code of Ethics and adhering to the Standards of Practice as implemented by the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
  • Seek out innovative ways to improve business operations and patient services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy degree.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
  • Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach others.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail is essential.
  • Proficiency in Kroll Software.
