Registries and Licensing Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Registries Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with their daily registries and licensing needs, providing timely and accurate support to ensure their needs are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Identify opportunities to generate new business and expand our client base, working closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with our insurance providers to ensure seamless service delivery and identify opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional support.
- Experience working in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of detailed processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer programs, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience achieving sales targets, either individually or as part of a team.
