Job Title: Field Case Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with physicians and their staff
  • Provide education and support on program services, including therapy guidelines and reimbursement processes
  • Collaborate with program associates to ensure seamless patient journeys
  • Identify areas for risk and implement proactive quality improvement initiatives
  • Travel to physician offices and attend Continuous Medical Education events
  • Adhere to Performance Standards and Procedures required by the program


Requirements:
  • Registered nurse (RN) or related degree with equivalent transferable skills
  • Experience in public or private third-party reimbursement arena or pharmaceutical sales
  • Bilingualism (English and French) for Quebec and New Brunswick provinces
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote setting
