Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Assistant to join our team at the Indian Oasis Wellness Centre Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to ensure a clean and hygienic environment
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and debris
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to our guests
  • Stock linen closet with fresh linens and supplies
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure our guests' belongings are safe
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items in a timely and courteous manner
  • Provide basic information on facilities to our guests
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Experience an asset in a similar role
