Job Title: Food Service Counter Attendant

Bamboo Rose Foods Ltd. is seeking a Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Package take-out food and ensure it is ready for customers to collect.
  • Portion and wrap foods to meet customer specifications.
  • Keep records of food quantities used and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars with fresh ingredients and supplies.
  • Take customers' orders and serve them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Have attention to detail and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve common goals.
