Job Summary

MobileComm Professionals, Inc is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Automation Engineer Senior to join our team. As a key member of our DevOps team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing automated processes to streamline software development, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Automation: Develop and implement automated processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors in software development, testing, and deployment.
  • Monitoring and Logging: Manage and improve our monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure seamless operation of our applications.
  • CI/CD Tooling: Manage and improve our CI/CD tooling to ensure efficient and reliable deployment of our applications.
  • System Security and Compliance: Maintain system security and compliance by implementing and enforcing security best practices and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Agile Ceremonies: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement of our product, team, and processes.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support to platform users and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: French-English bilingualism is required.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a DevOps or similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Experience working in a CI/CD environment, Docker, containers, Kubernetes, and scripting skills are required.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on development and operational experience with Gitlab-CI, Docker, Helm, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and Vault.
  • Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of software development, API usage, Python, PostgreSQL, and networks.
  • Feature Flags: Experience with feature flags and Launch Darkly.
