We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Management Professional to join our Global Banking and Advisory team at SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and managing credit risk across various business divisions.
Key Responsibilities- Assess counterparty risk related to credit risk, replacement risk, and delivery risk on behalf of all GBIS PCRUS excluding PRIV.
- Contribute to regulatory reports (GRR, etc.)
- Participate in main Group committees to monitor credit risk: CORISQ, CGR, Concentration Committee
- Monitor CORISQ limits for GLBA portfolio
- Validate credit files, Group Limits, and rating of counterparties
- Develop and monitor regulatory models to measure credit risk
- Ensure compliance with Basle regulation for GLBA activities
- Support CPM analysts in the region with credit application processing and regularization
- Prepare reports for portfolio monitoring, including limit overshoots, obligor risk ratings dashboard, annual review deadlines, covenant compliance, etc.
- Closing loan and derivative transactions
- Participate in innovation projects
- Prepare KPI reports for the portfolio managed by CPM
- Monitor controls within the department
- Reconcile internal systems to ensure accuracy of exposure data
- Participate in ad-hoc projects requested by CPM Regional Head
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduate with a Master's degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Finance/Accounting/Economics.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Proficient/Good command of MS Office. Good communication and presentation skills. Knowledgeable in financial statement analysis. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e., Excel, Word, etc.).
