About the Role:
At SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Risk Professional to join our Global Banking and Advisory team. As a key member of our Credit Portfolio Management Group, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large US corporates and subsidiaries of non-US groups in diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing comprehensive credit analyses and reviewing legal documentation to assess credit quality and recommend appropriate credit limits, terms, and conditions.
- Developing financial projections and determining debt repayment capability while ensuring compliance with SGS Credit Policies.
- Proposing and updating Obligor Risk Ratings and monitoring compliance with covenants.
- Liaising with other CPM teams, business lines, Bankers, legal & compliance, operations, and Risk department.
Requirements:
- Strong financial analytical skills and ability to assess credit terms and conditions.
- Strong understanding of commercial and investment banking products and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to write clear and concise financial analysis and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word and experience preparing financial projections under various scenarios.
