Senior Accounting Professional

About the Role:
Regal Rexnord is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general accounting duties, including account reconciliation, lease management, inventory, intercompany, and financial statement analysis.
- Prepare and review journal entries, financial statements, and management reports.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing and reporting.
- Conduct financial statement analysis and provide insights to management.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of experience in a corporate accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems, such as Oracle, Business Intelligence, and Hyperion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
