Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at IT Unlock Consulting Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP implementation and software development, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee software development projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in project management within ERP implementation or software development sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management without the necessity of PMP certification.
  • Strong proficiency in English; bilingualism is an asset.
  • Experience with any ERP systems such as JD Edwards, D365, or SAP is an asset.
  • Familiarity with is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
Attitude and Soft Skills:
  • Must have a proactive attitude and be able to take initiative.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide team members.
  • Excellent communication skills; being too shy or too quiet is not desirable for this role.
  • Must be ready to work hard, grow, and learn within the company.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to tackle challenges head-on.
Other Requirements:
  • Must be able to work onsite in Montreal 3 days per week in ville Saint-Laurent.
  • Ready and willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
