About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Asian Kitchen NU Inc. as a Kitchen Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Culinary Leadership

Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to prepare and present dishes to the highest standards.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that the kitchen is well-stocked and that waste is minimized.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of safety and quality, and that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards, and that customers are satisfied with their dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Hours

40 hours per week
