Job Description:

This Technical Instrument Support Engineer position is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to customers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair complex instruments and systems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with instruments and systems.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and deliver training programs to customers on instrument operation and maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and products to ensure optimal support delivery.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a lab or clinical setting.
• Strong technical knowledge of instruments and systems, including repair and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
