As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will contribute to strategic planning, ensuring the effective integration and optimization of technology systems to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement technology strategies to drive business growth and improvement
* Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management
* Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance the customer experience
* Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software systems
* Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services
* Ensure the security and integrity of all technology systems, including data protection and network security
* Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT operations

Requirements:

* 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
* Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, network infrastructure, and security systems
* Experience managing a team of IT professionals and collaborating with other departments
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
