About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Wills and Estates Lawyer to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal services to clients in the areas of wills, estates, and estate planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice and representation to clients in wills, estates, and estate planning matters
- Preparing and drafting legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and trusts
- Administering estates and handling probate matters
- Representing clients in estate litigation and disputes
- Staying up-to-date with changes in wills and estates law and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of wills and estates law and procedures
- Familiarity with estate planning, estate administration, probate of wills, estate litigation, and other related matters
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
