Job Summary

CIRCLE K is seeking a skilled Retail Buyer to join our team. As a Retail Buyer, you will be responsible for arranging product according to planogram, establishing and maintaining contact with suppliers, and overseeing the distribution of merchandise to outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Sourcing: Select and purchase merchandise for resale, ensuring adequate stock levels and negotiating prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements with suppliers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, review requirements of the establishment, and determine quantity and type of merchandise to purchase.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Supervise the work of other buyers, visit trade shows, showrooms, factories, and product design events to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
