Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Retail Buyer to join our team at CIRCLE K. As a Retail Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing merchandise for resale, negotiating prices and terms with suppliers, and maintaining adequate stock levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Sourcing: Identify and select merchandise for resale, ensuring it meets our quality and pricing standards.
  • Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices, discounts, and credit terms.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the distribution of merchandise to our outlets, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and promotions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or procurement environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
