We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker V to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing trades duties approaching the journeyman level in one or a variety of trades areas such as electrical, plumbing, and painting.
Key Responsibilities- Perform trades duties in compliance with applicable codes and regulations
- Supervise Maintenance Workers and other designated staff
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Grade 10, plus four (4) years' recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's Licence
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to deal with others effectively
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
- Ability to organize work
- Ability to operate related equipment
