* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
* Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to continuing education and professional development
* Participation in quality improvement initiatives on the unit
* Recent satisfactory performance and attendance record
* Adherence to Brightshores' CARE Behaviours and LEAD Competencies
