Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at HAB97 Fried Chicken and Mexican Cantina.
Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Supervise the preparation of complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards and food safety.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.
- Team Management: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory and records.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas regularly to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills. A client-focused approach is essential for this role.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
