Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high school students to apply for programs at NoIC Academy.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and schools to promote our school and its programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to prospective students and their families throughout the application process.
  • Collaborate with the admissions, marketing, and academic teams to ensure alignment in messaging and recruitment efforts.
  • Conduct market research and analyze recruitment trends to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in education, communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in student recruitment, sales, marketing, or customer service is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with students, parents, and school staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve recruitment goals.
