- Manage the activities of clearing the fields, maintaining financial and production records, and providing agricultural crop services.
- Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed, and supervise growing and other crop-related operations.
- Hire and train staff to support the farm's operations.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar position.
- Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
- Fluency in English is required.
