Job Description

Canada INC. is seeking a highly skilled Farm Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our agricultural operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm, ensuring the highest quality of crop production and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective plans to prioritize tasks and optimize farm operations.
  • Direct and supervise farm grooming activities, including clearing fields and maintaining equipment.
  • Oversee the activities of our farm staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage financial and production records, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Provide agricultural crop services, including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
  • Ensure compliance with farm safety and bio-security procedures.
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations, including hiring and training staff.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English is the primary language of communication.
