Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Developer to join our team in New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to increase sales for assigned products and store brands.

You will ensure a strong business relationship with customers (stores) within your territory by developing and implementing sales strategies, establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with store managers, overseeing business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and innovating with new initiatives.

Your role will require frequent travel to stores, approximately 80% of the time.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years' experience in sales and business development
  • Experience in retail sales, preferably from the food industry
  • Demonstrated business acumen, innovation, analytical thinking, and excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in computer tools such as an iPad
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
