Job Summary:
Cineplex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our theatre operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, managing theatre budgets, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a dedicated team of employees to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain a high level of service.
- Manage the guest experience, ensuring every guest who visits our theatre is satisfied and excited about their next visit.
- Assist with managing theatre budgets and growing revenue through effective forecasting and project management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and strengthen Cineplex as Canada's premier film exhibition company.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar environment, with a strong track record of leading teams and driving business results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret customer needs and offer effective solutions.
- Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills, with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work extended hours as required, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
