Responsibilities:

* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas
* Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
* Dust furniture and fixtures
* Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
* Make beds and change sheets
* Distribute clean towels and toiletries
* Provide basic information on facilities and services
* Address customer complaints or concerns

Requirements:

* No degree, certificate, or diploma required
* Willingness to train and learn new skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects
