We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Ûzage. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Merchandise Management: Authorize the return of merchandise, maintain accurate inventory levels, and ensure that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales floor team, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive excellent service.
- Sales and Revenue: Sell merchandise to customers, meet sales targets, and contribute to the growth of our retail business.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers leave the store satisfied.
- Store Operations: Perform opening and closing activities, manage cash handling and payment procedures, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in French is required for this role.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends.
