Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of department staff to meet sales and customer service goals.
- Manage inventory, merchandise, and visual displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop department staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure department profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve store-wide goals and objectives.
- 5 years of experience in personnel management and retail operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
