As a Refrigeration Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting NORAD operations, emergency services, logistics, and engineering expertise at 5 Wing Goose Bay. You will work closely with our military customer and other Serco teams to deliver quality and efficient services to DND, meeting their stringent requirements.

The successful candidate will possess a valid NL Journeyperson certificate in HVAC/Refrigeration Technician, a valid NL Class 5 driver's license, and the ability to obtain an Ozone Depleting Substance Certificate. You will also demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and show strong communication and teamwork abilities.

This role requires the ability to read and interpret specifications, scopes, sketches, or drawings to determine the layout of heating and ventilation system requirements, prepare cost estimates for clients, and ensure all work on Halocarbon containing equipment is compliant with the Federal Halocarbon Regulations (FHR).
