VON Canada (Ontario) is seeking a caring and dependable Caregiver Specialist to deliver personalized home care services to clients. In this role, you will work closely with our clients and their families to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet their unique needs and preferences.
You will possess a certificate in Home Support Worker (Level I, II, III), Personal Support Worker program or Health Care Aide, and have experience working with elderly or ill individuals. You will also have household management skills and a current Standard First Aid Certificate or CPR level C Certificate, if applicable to the work being performed.
