In this role, you will work closely with our clients and their families to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet their unique needs and preferences.

You will possess a certificate in Home Support Worker (Level I, II, III), Personal Support Worker program or Health Care Aide, and have experience working with elderly or ill individuals.
