Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Petro Canada. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and stockroom personnel.
- Assign tasks and duties to staff members to ensure efficient store operations.
- Hire, train, and develop staff members to meet business objectives.
- Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Authorize payments, returns, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
