Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records, prepare financial statements, and perform various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable
  • Perform financial analysis and prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements
  • Reconcile bank statements and prepare reconciliations
  • Prepare and process payroll, including calculating salaries, wages, and benefits
  • Perform various accounting tasks, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial reports
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in accounting or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and QuickBooks
