About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced nurse leader to provide clinical expertise and leadership to our multidisciplinary team. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting excellence in nursing practice, advancing patient care, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in the development and implementation of evidence-based nursing practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
  • Minimum five years of experience in a clinical nursing role
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer

In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
