We are seeking a skilled Insurance Agent to join our team at All Write Insurance. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for monitoring insurance claims and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor insurance claims and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and informative responses to client questions regarding insurance policies and coverage.
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable insurance packages and coverage options.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy information.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in the insurance industry is an asset.
- Provincial or territorial license to practice as an insurance agent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
