Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and promote client retention through proactive communication and relationship-building.
- Identify clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate, providing recommendations and solutions to meet their needs.
- Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles and providing expert advice.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and continuously seek opportunities to grow and develop your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Laser-focused and results-driven, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided).
- 6 months+ of industry experience, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
