About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Foot Locker. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on all products, including athletic sneakers and apparel, and be able to answer customer questions confidently
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive in-store experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store
Requirements
  • 0-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
