Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team at Hellcrust Pizza. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Balance cash and record sales, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional support and care.
  • Provide customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
