We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineering Manager to lead our ASIC Digital Design team. As a key member of our Mixed-Signal Semiconductor IP team, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation process of internal engineering products and services involving cross-functional design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and implementation process of internal engineering products and services involving cross-functional design teams.
- Identify needed resources to achieve timely deliverables; identify and escalate issues.
- Drive problem resolution through fact-based judgment.
- Manage risk and change from conception to delivery.
- Define, promote, implement, and improve team and cross-functional engineering processes and practices.
Requirements:
- MSEE or BSEE (or equivalent) degree plus a minimum of 5 years of digital design and verification experience in the industry.
- Possess a full understanding of integrated circuit design and design verification.
- Familiarity with the development process for ASIC designs and knowledge of digital design methodologies, ATE production testing, DFT insertion, Synthesis constraints, and flows.
- Scripting experience in Shell, Perl, Python, or TCL is a plus.
- Good communication skills for interaction between different design groups and customer support teams.
- Customarily exercises autonomous judgment in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions.
- Knowledge of and/or experience in adhering to quality management system processes and procedures.
- Ability to navigate, manipulate files, and use tools in a Linux environment.
