About the Role

This is a full-time, remote position with comprehensive benefits. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Chief Operating Officer to effectively communicate with producers, clients, and underwriters, processing, amending, and maintaining Commercial Insurance policies.

The Insurance Customer Service Specialist will collaborate with internal teams, insurance markets, and vendors to manage the policy lifecycle of new and existing clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing policy life cycles for new and existing clients, including new business submissions, renewals, re-marketing, and endorsements.
  • Processing insurance-related reports and contracts such as property valuations and premium financing agreements.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers in servicing their insurance needs.
  • Assisting producers in completing comprehensive submissions for quoting.
  • Reviewing quotations, subjectivities, and policies for accuracy.
  • Administering internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) and underwriting guidelines.
  • Timely processing of endorsements and certificate of insurance (COI) requests.
