As a key member of our team at Broadstreet Properties Ltd., you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and well-being of our tenants. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will make a significant impact on our residents' daily lives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of entrances, hallways, and common areas
  • Perform thorough cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathrooms, and cupboards on a monthly basis
  • Assist with pre-move out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates
  • Support the general maintenance of the building's exterior
  • Other duties as required

What We're Looking For:

  • Knowledge of various cleaning products and their applications
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication
  • Ability to travel between sites as required
