About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at West-Side Ventures Ltd. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the food counter area.
    • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment.
    • Dispose of trash and recyclables in a responsible manner.
  • Inventory and Stock Management
    • Receive and stock inventory in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
    • Communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience
    • Will train.
  • Skills
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
