Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Farm Plans
Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks, ensuring that all farm activities are completed on time and within budget.
Supervise Farm OperationsOversee the activities of clearing the fields, maintaining financial and production records, and providing agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting.
Lead a Team of Farm WorkersCo-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Maintain Quality Control and Production RecordsMaintain quality control and production records, ensuring that all farm activities are compliant with industry standards.
Perform General Farm DutiesPerform general farm duties, including maintaining work records and logs.
Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
LanguageFluent in English.
Work Hours35 to 40 hours per week.
