About the Role


The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for coordinating the full-cycle recruitment process for Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto, including attracting, sourcing, and screening top talent within tight timelines. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to make a significant impact on our team's success.



Key Responsibilities


The Talent Acquisition Partner will:



  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including recruiting, interviewing, reference checking, and referring candidates for various positions throughout the site.
  • Attend recruitment events, liaise with recruitment agencies, education institutions, associations, etc. to bring in top talent and fill requisitions as quickly as possible.
  • Coordinate, process, and administer new hire paperwork;
  • Conduct interview preparation sessions with internal team members;
  • Provide HR advice and support to site managers and team members on all HR processes and assist with issue resolution;
  • Create and develop internal and external offer letters and review salary, benefits, pension, etc. with candidates;
  • Work under the supervision of the Talent Acquisition Team Lead to strategize and streamline all recruitment initiatives to the site;
  • Provide information on the company and job opportunities to potential applicants;
  • Manage applicant-tracking system to ensure continuous recording of information and provide users with access and support as needed;
  • Comply with AGCO regulations and promote the utmost integrity and high-quality customer service.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Post-secondary education in human resources preferred;
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Human Resources;
  • Minimum 2-year experience in recruitment;
  • Experience recruiting in both union and non-union environments is an asset;
  • CHRP or any other HR designation is an asset;
  • Comprehensive computer skills, including Microsoft Office products (including superior Excel skills), HRIS systems is an asset;
  • A proven track record of responsiveness and meeting deadlines; ability to work independently and as part of a team.


What We Offer
