About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Titmouse Canada Animation Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of our HR department and ensuring that our staff are equipped to meet the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, and providing support to employees as needed.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Develop and implement competitive benefits and compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff, and ensure that they are equipped to meet the organization's goals.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that our HR practices and policies are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports to track key HR metrics, and provide insights to senior management to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in HR, preferably in an animation studio or a related industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
