Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at MAIN AVENUE COLD BEER & LIQUOR STORE LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet business needs.
- Sell merchandise and promote products to customers.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage cash and maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
- Work under pressure to meet sales targets and customer demands.
- Attention to detail is essential to ensure accurate inventory management and customer satisfaction.
- Standing for extended periods is required to perform duties effectively.
- Client focus is essential to provide excellent customer service and build customer loyalty.
- Flexibility is required to adapt to changing business needs and customer demands.
- Organized and reliable, with a strong attention to detail.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
