We are seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to join our team at Spring Living. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve meals to residents, ensuring high-quality food presentation and service.
- Restock and maintain food and supply areas, including refrigerators and salad bars.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation, including portioning, wrapping, and heating simple food items.
- Keep accurate records of food usage and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work setting is a long-term care center, requiring a reliable and efficient individual who can maintain a high level of productivity and quality in their work.
