Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Engineer to join our team. As an Embedded Systems Innovator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical expertise in embedded systems engineering to promote the automation of operations by developing, testing, and integrating automated machinery, robotics, and computer-controlled mechanical systems across our network.
- Implementing the R&D workflow, which includes exploring new opportunities for innovation, investigating each opportunity through prototype development and proof of concept, evaluating feasibility, and supporting the transition of innovations into our production environment.
- Conducting investigation on new technologies and methodologies to improve overall performance, presenting projects and findings, and producing documentation to contribute to our knowledge base.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Software or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of development and maintenance experience with embedded systems.
- Working experience with Agile delivery teams.
- Bilingual French and English is preferred.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
